Language and accessibility
- The app supports multiple languages for reading and practice. Non-English members can complete the curriculum and apply for graduation using translated materials.
- Live one-on-one calls with Thomas are conducted in English only. Non-English members may submit translated recordings or documents for review and ask Client Services for translation assistance for Council applications.

Payments, deposits, refunds, and guarantees
Silver intensive
Total price: $2,500. A 50% deposit is required at booking. The deposit is refundable if canceled more than 30 days before the session. Inside 30 days, deposit transferable once with at least 14 days’ notice. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the session. The membership portion includes a 30-day clarity guarantee.
Strategic intensive
Total price: $5,000. Apply first. If approved, pay a 50 percent deposit. Same refund and transfer rules as for Silver. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the first session.
Deliverables
Recordings and written roadmaps are provided after payment clears. Roadmaps are delivered in the stated timeframes. Client Services confirms delivery.

Complete the online application. If approved, we schedule an exploratory pre-call and provide deposit instructions.

Graduates follow the Graduation Review steps in the app to submit evidence and request Council consideration.

Answers to common meditation questions
Can non-English speakers be considered for the Council?
Yes. Graduates in any language may apply. Materials should be translated into English or include a certified translation. Client Services will help when possible.
Are live sessions with Thomas offered in other languages?
No. Live one-on-one sessions with Thomas are available only in English. Non-English members can submit translated materials and ask Client Services for help.
Do I need a private intensive to graduate
No. Graduation is based on completing the curriculum and showing integration. Private intensives are optional and accelerate progress.
What if I miss a session
Contact Client Services as soon as you can. Deposit policies allow one transfer inside 30 days with 14 days' notice. We handle exceptions for serious circumstances.
Are recordings and roadmaps included?
Yes. All intensives include recordings and written roadmaps. Delivery timelines are within five business days.
