memberships, events, excursions, communications, and services provided by Ascended Masters
(“Company”). By accessing or using any Company service, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Requirements
User accounts are required for access to the membership app and digital curriculum.
- The minimum age for account creation is 16 years old.
- Users may receive scheduled reminder messages, emails, and app notifications.
- The Company may terminate any account at any time, for any reason, with or without explanation.
- Journal notebooks are private and confidential unless access is required by law enforcement.
- Upon membership cancellation, all user data is permanently erased from Company servers.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
- All curriculum texts, writings, teachings, and the structural format of the AI-based learning system are copyrighted and patent‑pending.
- Users may share content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- All AI-generated content produced within the app is owned and copyrighted by Ascended Masters.
- Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use materials for commercial purposes
4. Membership, Payments, and Refunds
- Paid memberships include access to the Way of the Ascended Master curriculum and AI Assistant.
- No refunds are issued for membership fees; users may cancel at any time.
- Refunds for non-membership purchases may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or yearly.
- Access may be revoked immediately if Terms are violated.
5. Coaching, Spiritual Guidance, and AI Guidance Disclaimer
All guidance provided—whether written, spoken, or generated by AI—is educational and spiritual in
nature, not professional advice.
The Company does not provide: – Medical advice
– Legal advice
– Psychological or therapeutic advice
Users acknowledge full responsibility for their choices, interpretations, and actions.
6. Events, Retreats, and Travel Excursions
- No refunds are offered for events or excursions.
- Participation includes automatic acceptance of all liability waivers.
- Tickets are not transferable and are limited to graduates of the curriculum.
- The Company assumes no responsibility for injuries, travel issues, or unforeseen events.
7. User-Generated Content and Journals
- Users may export their journal data.
- The Company claims a license to store journal and profile content for functionality.
- Harmful, illegal, or abusive content is strictly prohibited.
- Violation results in immediate account termination.
- Stored journal data is confidential to the member and Company management.
- All data is deleted when a membership is deleted.
- If required by law enforcement warrant, the Company may cooperate without liability.
8. Privacy and Data Handling
- Personal data is collected for account functionality, communication, and app performance.
- Data is kept confidential except where legally compelled.
- Members may export and delete their own data.
- Abuse of journal functions results in immediate termination
9. AI Assistant Usage
- Users are prohibited from manipulating, bypassing, or attempting to “jailbreak” the AI Assistant.
- AI responses may be incomplete, symbolic, or misinterpreted.
- The Company assumes no liability for any AI-generated interpretations, suggestions, or actions taken by users based on AI output
10. Disclaimers
- All spiritual, metaphysical, and developmental teachings are presented for personal exploration.
- Users participate in all services, teachings, journeys, and events at their own risk.
- No outcomes or transformations are guaranteed
11. Limitation of Liability
The Company accepts zero liability for damages, losses, injuries, or claims arising from: – Use of the
website, app, curriculum, AI Assistant, or events – User interpretations of guidance – Technical failures or
third-party service issues

12. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ascended Masters from all claims arising from misuse of services, violations of these Terms, or actions taken based on provided content.
13. Termination of Service

- Users do not retain access to purchased materials after cancellation unless otherwise stated.
- Lifetime access may be revoked in cases of violations.
